1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer," "you," or "your") and GSD Media LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at qualityinsurance.co and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of our services is restricted to the following:

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet one of the above criteria and that your license(s) are active and in good standing. We reserve the right to request proof of licensure at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot provide it.

You also represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Use of a valid payment method is deemed confirmation of your eligibility.

3 Services Description

Quality Insurance, operated by GSD Media LLC, provides exclusive consumer leads for life insurance products including but not limited to Final Expense, Term Life, and Whole Life insurance ("Leads"). Leads are delivered to Buyers via email and/or SMS upon purchase.

Each Lead is sold exclusively to a single Buyer. Once a Lead is delivered to you, it will not be sold or distributed to any other Buyer. Lead packages are sold in bundles as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee that any Lead will result in a sale, policy issuance, or successful contact. Lead performance is dependent on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to the Buyer's follow-up practices, market conditions, and individual prospect circumstances.

4 Lead Quality & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our leads and will provide a replacement lead at no charge if a delivered lead contains demonstrably invalid contact information, specifically:

Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of lead delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be honored. To request a replacement, contact us at admin@qualityinsurance.co with the lead details and reason for the request.

Replacements are not provided for leads where valid contact information was provided but the prospect did not respond, was not interested, or did not qualify. Lead performance and conversion rates are not guaranteed and do not constitute grounds for replacement or refund.

All sales are final. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

5 Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged.

Lead packages are a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals unless you separately sign up for a subscription service if and when one is offered.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.

6 Lead Resale

Buyers are permitted to resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer purchased leads to third parties, including other licensed agents, agencies, or brokers, at their own discretion.

However, you acknowledge and agree that:

7 TCPA Compliance & Lead Sources

All leads provided through our Platform are generated from online advertising campaigns, which may include but are not limited to paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook/Meta Ads), and other digital marketing channels. Lead sources may change at any time without notice.

Each lead is generated through an opt-in form submitted by the prospect. Every lead includes a TrustedForm certificate documenting the prospect's explicit TCPA consent to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent at the time of form submission.

TrustedForm certificates are provided to Buyers as evidence of consent. It is the Buyer's responsibility to retain and manage these certificates in accordance with applicable law and their own compliance requirements.

Important: While we provide TrustedForm documentation of consent, compliance with the TCPA, state calling laws, Do-Not-Call regulations, and all other applicable statutes is solely the Buyer's responsibility. GSD Media LLC is not responsible for how Buyers contact prospects or for any regulatory violations arising from Buyer communications.

We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed compliance attorney regarding your specific outreach methods, particularly with respect to autodialed calls, text messages, and pre-recorded messages.

8 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform or any purchased leads for any of the following purposes:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9 Accounts & Data

When you create an account on our Platform, you provide certain personal information including your name, email address, and payment information. This information is used to manage your account, process purchases, deliver leads, and communicate with you about your orders and our services.

We may add you to our email marketing list upon account creation. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us at admin@qualityinsurance.co.

Your information is stored in our internal CRM and is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments (Stripe) or as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

10 Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL LEADS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LEADS WILL RESULT IN SALES, THAT PROSPECTS WILL BE REACHABLE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CONVERSION RATE WILL BE ACHIEVED. TESTIMONIALS AND PERFORMANCE DESCRIPTIONS ON THE PLATFORM REFLECT INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF FUTURE RESULTS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF THE PLATFORM OR LEAD OFFERINGS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GSD MEDIA LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR LEADS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GSD Media LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

13 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court of law.

To initiate a dispute, contact us first at admin@qualityinsurance.co. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days before either party may initiate arbitration.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

15 Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
