Where do the calls come from?+
Our Final Expense commercials on Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and other streaming TV networks. A viewer watches the ad, picks up their phone, and dials the number on screen. These are consumer-initiated calls — not social media click-to-call traffic, not misdials, not purchased data lists.
What exactly am I buying?+
Inbound Final Expense calls. We run Final Expense commercials on streaming TV networks like Hulu and Netflix. Interested viewers dial the number on screen, and we transfer the live caller straight to your phone. Each connected call counts toward your pack.
What is a Mortgage Protection caller?+
A homeowner who saw our Mortgage Protection TV commercial — about covering their mortgage payments if they pass away or can't work — and dialed the number on screen themselves. Same consumer-initiated, exclusive live transfer as our Final Expense calls. Packs are sold per product line: a Mortgage Protection pack does not include Final Expense calls, and vice versa.
What makes these calls exclusive?+
Each call is routed to you and only you. We never conference in other agents, resell the caller, or redistribute the call.
What counts as a billable call?+
A connected call. When we transfer a live caller and your line answers, that call counts toward your pack.
When and where do calls come in?+
Calls route in real time as prospects dial in — but only during the answer hours you set, only from states you cover, and never past your daily cap (default 5 per day). You control all three during onboarding.
Is there a contract or subscription?+
No. Packs are one-time purchases. When you've used your calls, buy another pack whenever you're ready — nothing renews automatically.
How do I get set up?+
Pick a pack and check out — no login required to purchase. You'll answer a few basic questions: the states you cover, your daily cap, the number to transfer to, and your answer hours. We then email you a login to the call buyer portal. Log in, hit Available, and calls start routing to you.
